DEPOSITS
Deposits are required for ALL makeup appointments. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. The deposit made gets deducted from the total amount due. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your scheduled appointment. Deposits must be made at time of booking in order to secure your time slot. Payment: Accepted forms of payment are Cash, PayPal, QuickPay or Zelle. If PayPal is the option chosen, a $5 service fee will be added to the final amount due.
DELAYS
I do my best to accommodate late arrivals, but please respect my time and the time of my other clients that may be booked directly after you. There is a 15 minute grace period. After that, a late fee of $10 will be charged when a client is more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of client delays. I reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the client delays 30 minutes or more.
CANCELLATIONS
Your appointments are reserved especially for you and I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. You may cancel your services at any time however; you will forfeit any deposit made. If I am unable to perform my duties because of an emergency, 100% of the deposit will be refunded by the original form of payment. Cancellation will happen only if your delay puts me at risk of being late for my client following your appointment time. Otherwise, I will complete services and a late fee will be incurred.
